The Emergency Medical Plan covers the following:
- Emergency Medical Plan:
- Hospital and Medical (up to $10,000,000)
- Accidental dental (up to $10,000,000)
- Medical evacuation and return home (up to $10,000,000)
- Accommodation & meal expenses ($350.00 per day/maximum $1,750)
- Visit to bedside, if travelling alone (round-trip economy fare + up to $500 expenses)
- Return and escort of children (escort round-trip + children one way economy fares)
- Repatriation of remains (reasonable expenses up to $10,000,000)
- Cremation/burial at destination (up to $3,000)
- Vehicle return (reasonable return cost)
- Hospital confinement allowance (up to $500)
- Child care cost (up to $500)
- Medical Concierge Services included
For the participants residing outside of Canada, we can sell insurance over the phone – it would be called Visitors to Canada Medical Plan and it covers the following:
- Visitors to Canada Medical Plan:
- Hospital and Medical (up to $150,000)
- Emergency return home (up to $5,000)
- Repatriation of remains (up to $150,000)
- Cremation/burial at destination (up to $3,000)
