Previous experience: Claude - I've been doing recreational canoeing for 40 years including white water canoeing for the last 10 years. I've done many canoe camping trips of 1 to 2 weeks but have no experience in canoe racing.
Louis - This is my second attempt to complete the Yukon River Quest. Claude and I have a lot of canoe-camping trips together including the first ever descent of Class IV-V section (Hell's Gate Canyon) of the Portneuf River in Quebec.
