Jean-Guy Sauriol Toronto, Ontario 50 M
Race Goals:
My main goal is to finish the race possibly in 70 to 80 hours, including mandatory stopovers. I decided to enter the race because it appeared to me that it would be a nice way to visit the Yukon. At the same time, it is an opportunity to do a totally mind-boggling wacky event.
Bio: I was introduced to kayaking by a friend in July 2004. Since August 25th, the day my kayak was delivered, I logged more than 60 hours of paddling in 25 outings. I also took a couple of lessons to learn self-rescue techniques. I plan to learn to roll. I am an Hawaii Ironman Finisher. I participated in four running marathons. My friends say that I do most of the things I start with a compulsive passion.
